Roles and Responsibilities

Functional Area : Interior fit-out turnkey Project Execution, coordination, Planning, Detailing, Billing, Dealing with Client, Dealing with Vendor , Team management, All type of Drawings reading etc.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED

  • Completion of the project within time and cost limits.
  • Experience of Office Corporate & residential interiors desired.
  • Evaluating project and project cost / benefit analysis at project decision points.  

  • Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators / promoters and end users  
  • Anchoring on-site activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.  
  • Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project. 
  • Managing project execution plans with Sub Contractors, Project Team & Project Managers
  • Building relation with Statutory Authorities for availing mandatory sanctions and claims and

handling different clients.

  • Project Summary Schedule, Project Control Schedule and Construction Schedule.
  • Leading & Training the work force on coordinating and administering the subcontracts.
  • Manage project development

  • Good Command over Drawing.
  • Manage Multiple Projects at same time
  • Quality Management
  • Implement procurement strategy and policies.
  • Forecast procurement needs.
  • Develop and review purchase requests and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of new products.
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of buyers, purchasing officers, and related workers involved in purchasing materials, products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and purchase goods and ensure delivery in a timely manner.
  • Negotiating the lowest prices.
  • Administering an Internal purchasing system and create a successful procurement process.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and placing orders.
  • Controlling departmental budgets- Help to lower the cost and secure agreements.
