Recruitment and Hiring: The candidate is responsible for managing the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and making job offers.
2. On-boarding and Orientation: responsible for introducing new employees to the organization, including providing orientation and training, explaining company policies and procedures, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
3. Employee Relations: He/She serves as a point of contact for employees on a variety of issues, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations matters.
4. Benefits Administration: Responsible for managing the organization's employee benefits program, which includes researching and selecting benefit options, managing enrollment processes, and answering employee questions about benefits.
