Roles and Responsibilities

Must be aware of QMS,ISO,ESD,EOS ,Compliances for Chargers & Power banks, Smart Watches, Neck bands.

Should have technical knowledge regarding Hardware of Mobile accessories & problem solving capability.

Should be knowledge of Six Sigma & its implementation.

Should be able to handle different customers & issuing CAPA for any field defects.

Should be capable for doing audits & present closure reports for the same. Should have implementation knowledge for FMEA, RohS, QC tools, ESD audits, Ageing issues handling.

Should have ability to take decision making & solve day to days issues.

Must have good knowledge of Manufacturing Process like SMT, Manual Insertion, Assembly & Packing process.

Must be Well aware with ISO Standards
