Job Description:

Designation : Sr. Project /Programme Manager

Qualification : B E Civil/ Construction, PMP/ PgMP certified will be preferred, though not

mandatory

Location : Bangladesh or J&K Kathua Location

Period of deployment : 12 months (may be extended)

Salary : Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

1. Dashboard Review Services (DRS) for a Textile Project.

2. Ensuring putting mechanisms in place to provide right quality of information/ data to DRS in a timely

manner for developing/ creating dashboard reports and presenting on fortnightly basis across the

following aspects Schedule, Costs, Quality, E&HS, Sustainability, Risk management

3. Ensures that data is made available for developing the fortnightly dashboards, where needed

engages with team leaders and stakeholders across investors, Client, PMC teams to seek data in

a timely manner.

4. Ensures engagement with Client on multiple aspects related to planning, cost management, safety

and quality, contract administration to help Client forecast achievement of key performance

parameters related to costs, schedule and scope delivery for the textile projects.

5. Advises Client in identification of areas where the project is lagging and provides insights on ways

to improve the performance of various stakeholders and project delivery.

6. Ensuring clear communication between DRS, PMC, and other stakeholders and works as a team

player with all stakeholders.

Technical Skill Set Required:

• Good understanding of construction of projects. Experience in delivery of industrial projects will be

handy.

• Exposure to construction industry Viz. Township, hotel, commercial / office complexes, industrial

projects, hospitality projects, etc.

• Ability to meet cost, time and quality objectives when delivering projects
• Good understanding about costing, cost analysis and rate analysis, estimation.
• Good oral & written communication and interpersonal skills
• Command over planning tools like MS Project and other planning/ project management tools
• Advanced IT skills in relation to Word, PowerPoint and Excel and MS Project or other project tools
