We are urgently looking the candidates for Factory HR Profile for our reputed clients for their Kalaamb Unit.
1. Position - Factory HR
Location - Kalaamb, HP
Salary - Upto 8 LPA.
Company - It is a Manufacturer & supplier of Architectural Hardware Fittings & Solutions that include glass fittings etc.
Talent Acquisition :
 Lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to
recruit and hire a superior workforce.
 Searching the right candidate through internal & external links.
 Interviews management and executive position candidates; serves as part of the
interview team for position finalists.
 Ensuring that all the joining formalities should be done proper & correct.
 Providing all necessary information to joined candidate during Induction
program about the rules & regulation of company.
 Always try to ensure good personnel are recruited.
 Ensure the joining formalities, issuing letter of intention/appointment and then
induction orientation to new joining employees to foster positive attitude
towards organizational objectives.
 Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management,
candidates, and external recruiting sources.
Documentations: -
 Responsible to maintain personal records of all employees and handling MIS.
Statutory Compliances:
 Timely submission/renewals of various Forms & Returns under various statutes
within stipulated time period.
 Maintaining Records & registers as per statutory norms under various statutes.
 Ensuring timely submission of Forms & Returns of Contractors to the concerned
 Inspecting the statutory records of the contractors on periodical base.
Pay Roll Database:
 Coordinating to process attendance/Leave/Weekly Off & Over Time of
company employee.
 Ensured that Salary should be Process in time.
 Coordinating to open the Bank account of each employee.
 Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations like P.F., E.S.I, Factory Act,
 Monitoring of records and returns of Employees State Insurance Act, Factory
Act, Payment of Bonus Act,
 Maternity Benefit Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour (Regulation and
Abolition) Act,
 Employment Exchange Compulsory Notification of Vacancies Act, etc.
 Checking & forwarding of Manpower deploying partys bills after verifying all
statutory compliances.
 Checking/Verifying & forwarding all vendors & company employees bills
related to HR department.
 Ensuring that the left employee will get their Full & Final/Reliving
Letter/Experience letter within time.
 Coordinate corporate personnel department for related activities.
Audit of Salary:
 Generating draft salary report and providing all the supporting documents /
attachments to the accounts department for the purpose of salary audit.
 House Keeping
 Guest House Administration
 Company Flats Administration
 Company Vehicles Administration
 Pick & Drop of Guest
 Hotel Arrangements
 Ensuring the proper upkeep of Gardening
 Ensuring the Upkeep of Pantry & Canteen Facility Up keeping the record of
Factory Uniform
 Looks the First-Aid activities.
 Ensuring Pest control activities & updating of record is being strictly following
& maintain by QA.
 Coordinates with Corporate Admin for related activities.
Proper supervision of Time Office activities: Proper Monitoring and responsible
for Attendance, Leave and salary disbursement, Monthly challans, Quarterly and
Annual Returns regarding various Acts. and it's all compliance as per Law.
Industrial Relations and employees satisfaction: Handled day to day HR
activities and employees grievance. Weekly interaction with all HOD's, getting opinion
from senior and junior staff for smooth and trouble free operation of the company.
Facility Management: Responsible to provide facilities regarding House-Keeping,
Security, Transportation
Guest House, Canteen and other Vendors as per the need of the employer to improve
the qualities.
Responsible for all the compliance of Contractors under Contract Labour Act-1970.
Liasoning with EPF, ESIC, Labour Dept., Banks, Electrical dept., Transport and
Industries dept.
Legal & administration:
 Contract Labour management as per the business requirement.
 Contractor Compliance under Contract labour Act, 1970.
 Liaison with Government and regulatory bodies like boards, Govt. Agencies (e.g.
Department of Labour & Employment , Department of Factories , TCP,
Pollution control Board, & various local departments for obtaining necessary
approvals and ensuring smooth working conditions in the premises
 Close monitoring of various outsourced administrative services like
transportation, security, Housekeeping, Laundry, Gardening, etc.
 Hospitality Services.
 Responsible for verifying and reviewing the bills of the service providers.
 Manage & handle the third party enquiry cases against the undisciplinary issue of
company associates.
