Job Description

Extensive follow-up with all employees who report to MD.
Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters and other documents.
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports.
Helping prepare for meetings.
Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
Performing all kinds of personal tasks assigned by the MD. Incl. making travel
arrangements, household chores etc.
Performing office duties that include ordering supplies etc.

Required Candidate profile

Company is 5 days a week
located in Sohna Road, Gurgaon
Excellent communication skills required

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 PA.
